How do I post announcements on the Bulletin Board?

The Bulletin Board is the group's notice board: admins post official announcements, members read them. It is one-way by design; discussions belong in Messages.
Posting
- Open Bulletin Board and click New Announcement (admins and owners only)
- Write a title and the message. Markdown works: bold, italic, links and lists
- Post it; members see it with an unread badge
Managing announcements
- Pin the important ones; pinned announcements stay at the top
- Edit changes the title or text
- Delete removes an announcement permanently
- Members can search by title or author
Good to know
- Only admins and owners can post, pin, edit or delete
- Members cannot reply on the board; start a Messages thread for discussion
- Sorting is pinned first, then newest first
