Kai Sharing groups the people waiting for a share into owners who fit together: months that don't clash, a language in common, ready at the same time. You ask them in one tap. On the last yes, the boat is set up and ready to run.

Kai Operator for iPhone, with demo data
Selling a boat in shares means finding four, six or eight people who want different weeks of the same year. Most operators still do it by hand.
One row per person, a column per month, a new version after every call. Nobody is sure which one is current.
Every possible group is another thread. Answers arrive late, in three languages, and someone has to chase each one.
Three people fit, the fourth wants August too, and you start again. Meanwhile your best buyers sign elsewhere.
Two owners who both need August make a boat that argues every summer, and a share that comes back up for sale.
You stay in charge of every decision. Kai Sharing does the sorting, the asking and the setting up.
Import the list you already have, or publish a sign-up page. People choose their months, shares, languages, ready-by date and the boats they'd take.
The matching engine proposes groups whose calendars complement each other, who share a language and a boat, and who are ready around the same time.
Each person gets a personal yes/no link in their own language. A reminder goes out after 3 days; a proposal nobody finishes answering expires after 10.
On the last yes, Kai Sharing creates the boat's group: shares and ownership split, priority months from the agreed calendar, invitations sent.
Proposals, People, Boats formed, Sign-up page and Settings: on the web for the office, and in the Kai Operator app for the team at the marina.

Every group comes with a fit out of 100, broken down into calendar, timing and language, and each person's twelve months side by side. Overlaps are outlined.

Publish a page under your company's name and link it from your website, newsletter or WhatsApp. New sign-ups confirm their email before they join the list.

Ask the group and everyone gets their own yes/no link. You see each answer as it comes in, and you can share a person's link yourself.

Each accepted group becomes a boat in Kai Sharing, numbered per model, with its co-owners and their shares. Your whole fleet in one list.

Your team gets the same office on iPhone: find matches, ask a group, see who has answered, and call or WhatsApp anyone on the list, from the office or from the pontoon.

The group that matching creates is a full Kai Sharing group, not a tab in a spreadsheet. You and the owners run the boat together, from the same book.

If you sell an asset to several owners who each want their own time with it, the waiting list works the same way.

Several models on one waiting list, one home port, and a season in which July and August decide everything.

Pilots matched by the months they fly and the share they want, then flying with Kai Sharing's flight logs and maintenance.

Families matched by school holidays and seasons, each household with its own protected months.

Owners matched by the months they need the car, with costs split by share from the first kilometre.
Matching runs on boats today. For aircraft, homes and cars, we set up your programme with you.
Every boat gets Professional's priority support and accounting integration, plus your operator office, matching and the Kai Operator app. The matching fee applies only when a group is formed.
Instead of €59 for a group on Professional.
Graduated, so there is no cliff: the first 25 boats stay at €39 and each boat after them costs €32.
Once per group, when it is formed, not per owner. Boats you already manage join without it.
About €9.75 a month on a four-share boat, easy to include in your management fee. Your owners pay Kai Sharing nothing.
Prices in EUR, VAT excluded.
Book a demoYour list stays yours. Kai Sharing processes it on your behalf under a data-processing agreement. Every person's consent is recorded: signed up on your page and confirmed by email, or confirmed by you when you import. Every email carries a link to leave the list, which deletes that person's details.
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste the rows, with column names in English, Spanish, Catalan or French. Months can be one column per month or a 12-digit code, shares can read 1, 2/4 or 50%, and dates the usual ways. Lines that can't be read are listed with the reason, never guessed. Import again whenever you like: people still waiting are updated.
The office, the app, the sign-up page, the emails and the yes/no pages are in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Finnish and Chinese. Each person is written to in their own language.
The proposal closes and everyone goes back to the waiting list; nobody loses their place for saying no. Anyone who hasn't answered gets one reminder after 3 days, and after 10 days the proposal expires and the group returns to the list.
Yes. If you sell several models, people say which ones they'd take on the sign-up page or in your CSV. Kai Sharing only groups people who share a boat, and you confirm the boat before you ask the group.
Your company's name, your programme and your own intro text head the sign-up page and the emails. Kai Sharing appears only as a small “Matching by Kai Sharing” line. Link the page from your website, newsletter or WhatsApp.
Usually a day. We switch on your operator office; you set up the programme (models, shares per boat, home port), import your list or publish the sign-up page, and press Find matches. We're happy to do the first import with you.
Bring them in as boats on Kai Sharing at the per-boat price, without the matching fee. Their owners get the same bookings, costs, maintenance, documents and share registry as the boats you form through matching.
Groups that run themselves pay from €19 a month. As an operator you pay per boat and get the tools to sell shares and run your fleet; your owners pay nothing.
In 30 minutes we show you the operator office and the app on a demo list, and how your own list would come in.
