Shares for sale

Co-ownership groups on Kai occasionally open their doors to new members. Express your interest and the group will contact you directly.

For buyers

How buying a share works

1

Express interest

Leave your details on any listing. It takes a minute, it costs nothing, and you are not committing to anything.

2

The group contacts you

Your details go straight to the people who own the asset. They get in touch to talk about how much of it is for sale, the price, and how the group runs.

3

You join as a co-owner

If you agree terms, the share is transferred to you and recorded in the group's share register. You get the booking calendar, the running costs and the paperwork alongside the other owners.

Co-ownership is not a rental scheme. You buy a real share of the asset and hold it, and you share the running costs and the calendar with the other owners. Kai is the software those groups use to run all of that.

For sellers

Listing shares for sale

Groups list for all sorts of reasons: a co-owner is moving on, or the group wants to open up to new partners and spread the costs. A listing gives you a public page with photos and a link you can share anywhere, and everyone who expresses interest arrives on one list you can work through.

Your group runs on Kai

300 € per successful sale

Listing is included in your subscription. You pay the fee only when someone who found you here actually joins the group, and nothing at all if nobody does.

Your group does not use Kai yet

300 € to list

You pay once, up front, and there is nothing further to pay whoever buys. If you later decide to run your group in Kai, the whole amount comes off your first invoice.

Listings from groups that run their co-ownership in Kai are marked as such, because their shares and transfers are recorded in a real share register. Other listings are not marked, and Kai does not verify the asset or who owns it.
