Spring commissioning
Splash date, recommissioning checklist and the sea trial on the calendar the whole group sees.
Peak-season rotation
July, August and holiday weeks allocated in advance by the group's rules, with a waitlist that fills a cancelled week automatically.
Service by engine hours
Oil, impeller, zincs and antifouling tracked against hours logged after every trip, not against someone's memory.
Haul-out and storage
Yard date, cradle, shrink-wrap and storage costs coordinated in one place and split the way the group agreed.
Winter projects

Shares, not just members.
A yacht share is property. Kai keeps a proper share register next to the calendar and the accounts, so holdings drive booking rights and costs, and a change of owner is a recorded transfer rather than a spreadsheet edit.
