How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?

To change your subscription:

1. Open Group settings
2. Go to the Subscription tab
3. Click Manage subscription
4. Add or remove member packs, extra assets or accounting integration, or switch between monthly and yearly billing
5. Review the changes and the pro-rated charge, then confirm

Changes take effect immediately, and you'll receive an email confirmation.

For Enterprise (custom branding, white label, an SLA), contact us and we'll set it up with you.

Add-ons (member packs, extra assets)

Add-ons can be increased or decreased at any time:

• Increasing an add-on applies immediately, with the pro-rated difference billed on the next invoice
• Decreasing an add-on also applies immediately, with a pro-rated credit for the unused portion

Downgrading your plan

Full plan downgrades aren't currently available through the in-app flow. If you need to drop to a smaller plan, contact support and we'll handle the change through the Stripe billing portal.
