What we take over

The recurring, fiddly work that quietly eats a manager's month:

• Maintenance records. Marking work done, resetting the next 100 hour or annual interval, entering meter readings, keeping the schedule honest.
• Documents and licenses. Insurance, registration, and certificates uploaded with expiry dates set, so renewals never sneak up on the group.
• Money entries. Expenses entered from forwarded receipts, invoices and payments checked and reconciled, the accounting sync watched.
• People and settings. New members invited, details updated, small configuration fixes handled on request.

What always stays yours

Concierge does the work. It never takes the wheel:
