How do I find a date that works for everyone with Meeting Polls?

Meeting Polls collects availability from members so the group can pick a date that suits most people, for an annual meeting, a maintenance day, or a shared trip.

Creating a poll

1. Open Meeting Polls and click Create Poll (admins and owners only)
2. Add a title, an optional description, and the candidate dates
3. Create it; the poll opens immediately

Responding

Open the poll and mark the dates you can make. You can change your answer any time while the poll is open. The results view shows how availability stacks up per date.

Deciding

1. Close the poll to stop new responses
2. Finalize it on the chosen date; the poll becomes read-only and the decision is recorded

Good to know

• Every member can respond; only admins and owners create, close or finalize
• Keep it to a handful of candidate dates; polls with 3 to 5 options get answered fastest
