Share for sale in a Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet

A Dutch coöperatie is forming around a Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet. Each owner holds a real, registered share of the aircraft, not a card, not a rental scheme.

The Vision Jet carries five passengers in a pressurised cabin and cruises high enough to stay above most of the weather, so the flight is smooth and quiet where a piston aircraft would be working through it. Range covers most of Europe from the Netherlands in a single leg — the Mediterranean, the Alps, the UK, the Baltics — at jet speed rather than half of it. And it is the only jet in the world fitted with a whole-aircraft emergency parachute, deployable by anyone on board.

A dedicated pilot flies for the group and manages the operation day to day. He holds a share alongside the other owners and is paid per flight day, so his interests sit with yours. The coöperatie runs at cost, it isn't a business and takes no margin. Any surplus goes back to the owners in proportion to their share, as do the proceeds when the aircraft is sold.

Owners pay a fixed monthly fee covering hangarage, insurance, registration, the factory maintenance programme and administration, plus an hourly rate with fuel included. You pay for hours only when you actually fly.
